Please read these Terms of Usage ("Terms") carefully before using the Scent Kit mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Usage.

2. Service Description

The app provides users with AI-powered perfume identification and personalized perfume recommendations. The AI features are powered by Google Gemini (using Gemini API), with additional perfume information fetched from Fragella API.

3. User Obligations

  • You must use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and these terms.
  • You may not use the app to submit or transmit unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content.

4. User Data and Personalization

  • The app stores your perfume preferences and the perfumes you scan or interact with, in order to provide you with personalized recommendations.
  • By using the app, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your usage and preference data for personalization.

5. Third Party Services

  • For perfume identification, relevant input data may be transmitted to Gemini API through the developer's backend.
  • After identification, additional data about the perfume is obtained from Fragella API.
  • No personally identifiable information is transmitted to Gemini API or Fragella API—only the necessary data for service delivery.

6. Modifications to Service

The app's features and functionality may be changed or discontinued at any time, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and materials of the app are owned by or licensed to the developer.

8. Limitation of Liability

The accuracy and reliability of AI-generated responses and third-party data are not guaranteed. You assume all risks resulting from reliance on such features.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
